MIRROR
Business Coaching Platform

The MIRROR
Framework

A six-step business coaching methodology for founders, leaders and high performers — built to bridge the gap between professional success and personal fulfilment, and to help you recalibrate from the inside out.

What MIRROR Is

A clear look at the
leader behind the results

Most leaders don't have a strategy problem. They have a clarity problem — too close to their own patterns to see them.

MIRROR was created by Chirag U. Shah out of two decades of work with founders and senior leaders, and a simple observation: the obstacles that hold capable people back are rarely external. They are beliefs absorbed early, identities outgrown, truths quietly avoided. The framework brings the precision of a Chartered Accountant to the depth of human change — structured enough to be honest, open enough to be real.

It is called MIRROR because that is what good coaching does: it reflects you back to yourself accurately, without flattery and without judgement. Over six steps you move from the beliefs running underneath your work, through an honest audit of your reality and relationships, into options you hadn't let yourself name — and finally to a deliberate recalibration of what comes next.

"You cannot change what you refuse to see clearly. MIRROR is about seeing clearly first."

Our Approach

How we work together

Four principles shape every step of the MIRROR platform — and every conversation with Chirag.

01
Honesty before strategy
We don't rush to solutions. We get the truth on the table first — because a plan built on a comfortable half-truth solves nothing. The reflection comes before the recommendation.
02
Structure that creates safety
Six clear steps give the work a shape. You always know where you are and where you're going, which makes it safe to go deeper than you otherwise would.
03
You hold the answers
Chirag doesn't hand you his conclusions. Each step asks you to reflect and rate honestly, then offers an insight that builds on your words — so the clarity is genuinely yours to keep.
04
Insight, then action
Reflection that doesn't move you forward is just rumination. Every step closes with a question to sit with, and the journey ends with one deliberate decision to carry into your work.
The Six Steps

From mindset to recalibration

Each letter of MIRROR is a step. You move through them in order, at your own pace, with a personalised coaching insight waiting at the end of each.

THRIVE
Life Coaching Platform

The THRIVE
Framework

A six-step life coaching journey that begins with telling the truth and ends with your first real step forward — designed to help you build a life that is completely, genuinely your own.

What THRIVE Is

A life that is
actually yours

Many people are succeeding at a life they never quite chose — shaped by old stories, other people's expectations, and momentum.

THRIVE is Chirag U. Shah's life-coaching framework for exactly that moment: when things look fine from the outside but feel off from the inside. Where MIRROR turns the lens on the leader, THRIVE turns it on the whole person — your history, your values, your sense of who you are becoming, and the life you would build if you let yourself.

It begins, deliberately, with truth — because nothing real can be built on a story you don't quite believe. From there you trace the history that shaped you, reconnect with your roots and values, clarify the identity you're growing into, picture a vision that is genuinely yours, and commit to the first real step of your evolution.

"A life built on someone else's definition of success will never feel like home. THRIVE helps you find your own."

Our Approach

How we work together

Four principles guide the THRIVE journey — and every conversation along the way.

01
Truth is the foundation
We start by naming what's real, gently but completely. Everything that follows — the vision, the change — only holds if it's built on honesty about where you are now.
02
Your past is data, not destiny
We look at your history not to dwell in it, but to understand the patterns it set in motion — so you can choose which ones to keep and which to set down.
03
Depth at your own pace
This is whole-life work, and it's gentle. You move through each step when you're ready, reflecting as deeply as you choose, with no pressure and no judgement.
04
Vision made concrete
A beautiful vision changes nothing on its own. THRIVE ends with one real, doable step and a genuine commitment — the bridge between the life you imagine and the one you live.
The Six Steps

From truth to evolution

Each letter of THRIVE is a step. You move through them in order, at your own pace, with a personalised coaching insight at the end of each.

Who It's For

For anyone ready
to live deliberately

People at a crossroads — a career shift, a relationship, a new chapter.
Those who feel successful but strangely unfulfilled.
Anyone sensing they've been living someone else's definition of a good life.
People ready to do honest inner work — and act on what they find.
How The Platform Works

CROSS
Decision Making · Adaptive

The CROSS
Framework

For the decision that cannot be undone. Five steps that take you from the question you think you're facing to the one you actually are — and end with a choice, a date, and a commitment.

What CROSS Is

Some choices
cannot be taken back

Leave the job. End the marriage. Sell the business. Move countries. Tell the truth. These are the moments that shape a life — and almost nobody has a method for them.

There is business decision analysis, which is cold and ignores the person. There is therapy, which is deep but does not decide. Nothing sits in the middle — and the middle is exactly where people are stuck. CROSS was built for that gap.

It begins by finding out something most people get wrong: what the decision actually is. Then it separates what you truly want from what you think you should want, surfaces the options you have refused to look at, weighs what you would genuinely lose — and ends where every real decision must: with a choice, a first irreversible step, and a date.

"A decision without a date is just a preference."

What Makes It Different

The questions adapt to you

CROSS is the only one of these platforms that changes shape depending on who you are and what you write. It cannot be delivered on paper.

01
It asks where you really are — first
Before anything else, one question: are you paralysed, secretly already decided, under someone else's pressure, or quietly letting time choose for you? Your answer changes the questions you are asked.
02
It reads what you write
At the end of every step, the platform reads your actual words and asks one further question — built from what you said, in Chirag's voice. If you contradict yourself, it will notice.
03
It scores honesty, not confidence
1 means "I cannot answer this — I am avoiding it." 5 means "This is fully faced." You cannot score well by being certain. Only by being truthful.
04
It ends with a commitment
Not a summary. A decision, the first irreversible action, the date you will take it, and who you will tell so you cannot quietly retreat.
The Five Steps

From confusion to commitment

Each letter of CROSS is a step. 66 questions, scored on honesty.

Who It's For

Anyone standing at
a real crossroads

Founders deciding whether to sell, pivot, or walk away.
Anyone facing a career move they cannot reverse.
People at a personal turning point — a relationship, a move, a truth to be told.
Anyone who has been "deciding" for far too long, and knows it.

Ready to decide?

Begin CROSS. It will ask you where you honestly are — and go from there.

PROVE
Business Idea Validation

The PROVE
Framework

For the idea you believe in. Five steps that separate evidence from self-belief — and one honest module on what will actually stop you.

What PROVE Is

Most ideas do not fail.
They were never tested.

Founders do not usually lack conviction. They lack evidence — and conviction is very good at disguising itself as evidence.

PROVE is built to tell the difference. It walks you through the Problem (whose pain is this, really?), the Reality of the market, your Offer and advantage, the Viability of the numbers, and the Evidence — then it asks you to decide.

The questions are deliberately uncomfortable. "How many people have paid you real money for this? If zero, say zero." "What did they say that you did not want to hear? If nothing, you were pitching, not listening." "Would you invest your own money at the valuation you are asking others to accept?"

"Encouragement is not evidence. Compliments are not commitments."

What Makes It Different

It scores evidence, not confidence

This is the crucial design choice — and it is why founders cannot game it.

1
"No evidence at all"
Assumption, hope, or a gap you have been avoiding. You cannot score well by believing harder.
3
"Some real evidence"
A partial answer grounded in something real — but incomplete, and you know it.
5
"Proven"
Tested and demonstrated. Customers, money, or hard data prove it — not your certainty.
Then it names your kill criterion
PROVE ends by asking the question nobody asks themselves: what specific condition would make you walk away? Name it now, before you are too invested to say it.
The Steps

From problem to proof

Is your idea real?

Find out before the market tells you — expensively.

BLOOM
For Parents & Caregivers

The BLOOM
Framework

Understanding your child — by understanding yourself. Five steps that turn the mirror on the only person in the relationship you can actually change.

⚠ Please read this first

BLOOM is a reflective coaching tool for parents and caregivers. It is not a psychological assessment, not diagnostic, and not a substitute for professional help.

It does not assess, score or diagnose your child. Every question turns the mirror on you — because that is the only person in this relationship you can actually change.

If you are worried about your child's development, mental health or safety, please speak to a qualified child psychologist, paediatrician or counsellor. This is a companion to that support, never a replacement for it.

What BLOOM Is

Behaviour is communication

Before you can respond to what your child does, you have to hear what it is saying — and notice what it stirs in you.

BLOOM moves through five steps: Behaviour and what it speaks, Listening and presence, Origins (your own childhood, which is in the room whether you invited it or not), Openness and control, and Meaning and the road ahead.

It asks questions most parenting advice will not. "What label have you privately given this child? It is shaping what you see." "Are you parenting your child, or parenting the child you once were?" "If your child described you to a trusted adult, what would they say it feels like to live with you?"

"There are no good or bad scores here. A low score simply marks a place you have not yet been able to look."

The Steps

From behaviour to repair

Begin with yourself

The most loving thing you can do for your child is to understand what you bring into the room.

TRUST
For Founders & Partners

The TRUST
Framework

Most businesses do not fail on the idea. They fail on the partner. Five steps and forty honest questions — about them, and about you.

⚠ Please read this first

TRUST is a reflective coaching tool. It is not a background check, not a credit check, and not a verdict on any person.

No tool can tell you whether someone is trustworthy. What this one does is help you see the evidence already in front of you, notice what you have quietly decided to believe, and ask the questions you have been avoiding.

Before you commit money or your name to anyone, do the practical checks further down this page with a lawyer and a Chartered Accountant. TRUST is a companion to that work, never a replacement for it.

What TRUST Is

The partner is the risk

Ask any founder whose business collapsed what actually went wrong, and the answer is rarely the market. It is the person sitting across the table.

Partnerships fail quietly and slowly. One partner stops saying what they think. Money is put in and never spoken about again. Two people who agreed on everything at the start discover, four years in, that they were building different businesses the whole time. By the time anyone says it out loud, there is a company, staff, and a bank loan standing in the way of an honest conversation.

Almost all partner due diligence is a checklist — registration papers, tax returns, a credit report. Necessary work, and a lawyer or a Chartered Accountant will do it better than any website. But a clean file has never yet stopped a partnership from breaking. Paperwork tells you whether a partnership can work. It does not tell you whether it will survive the first bad year.

TRUST asks the other half of the question — the half nobody sells you a service for.

"You have already made up your mind about this person. Was it a fact that decided it, or a feeling?"

What Makes It Different

It turns back on you

A partnership has two people in it. Only one of them is reading this.

01
It asks about the record — or about what replaces it
One question before you begin: has this person run a business before? If they have, the first step examines the record and what you chose to believe about it. If this is their first business, it examines what stands in its place — what they have finished, what they have survived, and what they go back to if this closes. A first-time partner is not a worse partner. There is simply nothing to check, so the questions must be different.
02
It scores you as well as them
"Are you putting in more than you told them — and in your mind, is that a gift or a debt?" "What have you not told them about your own money?" "After a fight, who goes first to repair it?" Half of what breaks a partnership walks in with you.
03
It asks for evidence, not opinion
"Is he transparent?" cannot be answered. "What did you ask them for that you have still not received?" can — and the deflection is usually the whole finding. Every question points at something you can observe, remember, or check.
04
It does not judge the person
TRUST scores the partnership and your readiness for it, never someone's character. That is not caution for its own sake — a verdict on a person is unanswerable and useless. What you can act on is the gap between what you know and what you have assumed.
The Five Steps

From the record to the truth

Forty questions across five steps, two hundred points. Each step is scored on its own, so you can see exactly where the partnership is thin.

01
T · Track Record & References
What they have actually built, how their last partnership ended, and what the people around them say when asked properly. This is the one step that changes shape — if this is their first business, it looks instead at what stands in place of a record.
02
R · Relationship & Empathy
How the two of you read, respond to and carry each other. Whether they notice when you go quiet. Whether the same person always repairs things after a fight. Whether you leave a meeting lighter or heavier.
03
U · Understanding, Motives & Vision
Why they are really here, what they are running from, whose approval they are working for, and whether their picture of year five is anything like yours. Vision mismatch rarely arrives as an argument — it arrives as quiet resistance to every decision you make.
04
S · Stake, Structure & Transparency
What has been asked for and not given, which money conversation you have been avoiding, and what you have not told them about your own money and other commitments. Transparency is scored in both directions.
05
T · Tensions, Tests & Truth-Telling
How fast bad news travels between you. Whether they apologise or explain. How they treat someone who can do nothing for them. And the one topic you cannot raise with them at all.
The Steps At A Glance

What each step opens up

When To Use It

Before you sign — and every year after

Before. Run TRUST while you can still walk away without cost. If you are considering more than one person, run it separately for each and compare the scores side by side. The comparison is often more revealing than any single result.

During. A partnership is not a decision you make once. Run TRUST again every six or twelve months on a live partnership and watch the direction of travel. A score that is falling is an early warning. The same score read after the collapse is only a post-mortem.

"If this partnership fails one day, what will you call the first warning sign? Is it already here?"

Who It's For

Anyone about to trust
someone with everything

Founders about to take on a co-founder or a working partner.
Family businesses bringing in a relative, or the next generation.
Professionals considering a partnership in practice — a firm, a clinic, a consultancy.
Anyone putting money into a business someone else will run day to day.
Existing partners who can feel something has changed but cannot yet name it.
Anyone who has already decided, and wants to know what they have been ignoring.
How The Scoring Works

A high total is not a clean bill

Each question is rated from 1 to 5. A 1 means "I cannot answer this — I have not looked." A 5 means "This is fully faced, with evidence." You cannot score well by being confident about someone. Only by knowing them.

Read the steps separately, not just the total. A strong overall score carried by good paperwork, with a weak Relationship & Empathy or Tensions & Truth-Telling score underneath it, describes a very particular partnership — the one that looks correct on file and breaks in year three. Those two steps deserve more weight than the number alone gives them.

The Other Half Of The Work

Before you sign: the practical checks

TRUST asks you the questions only you can answer. These are the ones a professional should answer for you. Take this list to your Chartered Accountant and your lawyer — none of it belongs in a self-assessment.

Their record

  • Company registration papers and current directors
  • Any past company that was struck off or wound up
  • Court cases, recovery notices, or cheque bounce cases
  • Credit report and existing loans
  • Two references from people who worked with them, not for them

If this is their first business

  • Their employment record, and the reason they left each job
  • Their qualification certificates
  • How many months they can live without drawing a salary
  • Whether their family knows about this and agrees to it
  • One reference from a past boss, not from a friend

Their money

  • Last three years of income tax returns
  • Bank statements for the last six months
  • Proof that the money they are bringing in is their own
  • Any personal guarantee they have already given elsewhere

Their other work

  • Other companies where they are a director or partner
  • Any non-compete or bond with a past employer
  • How much time their other work actually takes

The papers you must have

  • A written partner agreement drafted by a lawyer
  • Who owns what share, in writing
  • Who decides what — list the three biggest decisions
  • What happens if you both disagree and nobody moves
  • How a partner exits, and how they get paid
  • What happens to the shares if a partner dies
  • Who keeps the accounts, and who can see them at any time
  • Whether one partner can take money out alone

Ask before you sign

The questions are uncomfortable. They cost far less than the partnership that should never have started.

About

Chirag U. Shah

Chartered Accountant · Oxford-Certified Sustainability Expert · Certified Life Coach. Two decades helping founders and individuals see clearly and change deliberately.

The Person Behind The Frameworks

Precision and depth

Chirag U. Shah built the Suvimarsha frameworks from a simple conviction: lasting change needs the rigour of good analysis and the honesty of real reflection.

As a Chartered Accountant, Chirag spent years reading the numbers behind businesses and the decisions behind the numbers. As an Oxford-certified sustainability expert, he learned to think in systems and long horizons. And as a certified life coach, he learned that the questions people avoid are usually the ones that matter most. Suvimarsha is where those three disciplines meet.

Through Dynaimers Consulting Pvt. Ltd., based in Mumbai, he has coached founders, senior leaders and individuals across more than a dozen countries — work reflected in the testimonials on this site. His style is warm but direct: he will sit with you in the difficult questions, and he won't let you rush past them.

"My job isn't to hand you answers. It's to help you ask better questions — and then act on what you find."

Before you begin

The MIRROR Platform

Be truthful with yourself

No one is marking you. A low score is not a failure — it is information, and often the most valuable kind. The honest answer, not the flattering one, is what makes this work. Take your time. This is deliberately in-depth; there is no prize for rushing.

1

Six steps

2

Rate every question, 1 to 5

1 is always the lowest, 5 is always the highest. Under each question you'll see exactly what 1 and 5 mean for that question.

3

Stuck on a question? Tap ?

Next to every question there is a small ? button. Tap it and you'll get a simple, plain-English explanation of what the question means and how to answer it. Use it whenever a question feels unclear.

4

Tick, type — or just speak

Under each question are ready-made answers to tick. You can also add your own words — or press 🎤 Speak and simply say them aloud, which most people find easier and more honest. The questions marked "words needed" must be answered in your own words.

5

Your insight, then your report

After each step you receive a coaching insight in Chirag's voice. At the end, a full personalised report you can download as a PDF.

The 1–5 scale
1
Lowest — Unclear or struggling. No real answer yet.
2
Some awareness. A partial, guarded sense of the answer.
3
Developing clarity. You can answer honestly, with reasonable depth.
4
Strong insight. A clear, honest answer you fully stand behind.
5
Highest — Breakthrough. This unlocked something significant.

Where a question asks something specific — how confident, how committed, how satisfied — the 1 and 5 labels shown beneath it will match that question exactly.

⚠ These are supporting tools — they guide, they do not direct

The coaching frameworks on this platform, together with the Reading Room, are reflective coaching tools. They are designed to help you think more clearly and ask better questions of yourself.

They are not professional advice — not legal, financial, medical, psychological or therapeutic advice — and they are not a substitute for it. The scores, insights and reports are generated to prompt your reflection, not to tell you what to do.

Every decision you make remains entirely your own. Chirag U. Shah and Dynaimers Consulting Pvt. Ltd. accept no responsibility or liability for any outcome, loss or consequence arising from decisions you take, whether or not they follow anything suggested here.

If you are in distress, or facing a decision with serious consequences for your health, safety, finances or legal position, please seek qualified professional support.

1. What this platform is

A set of self-assessment coaching frameworks that invite you to rate and reflect on honest questions. Insights and reports are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence, based on what you enter. AI can be wrong, incomplete or miss important context. Treat everything it produces as a prompt for your own thinking, never as an instruction.

2. Your data and how long we keep it

Your reflections are personal, and we treat them that way. Deletion is the default. Your assessment data is automatically deleted 7 days after your last activity — you do not have to request it, and you do not have to do anything.

If you would prefer to keep your reflections (so you can return to them later, or discuss them in a session), you may choose to do so at any time from your dashboard, where a clear reminder shows how many days remain. You may also delete everything permanently, immediately, with one click.

Your account details (name, email, phone, location) are retained while your account is open, so you can log back in.

3. Privacy and who can see your reflections

Your reflections are private to your account. They are stored securely, and access is restricted so that no other user can read them. Chirag U. Shah may view them in order to coach you. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else without your consent.

4. Your responsibilities

Be honest with yourself — the tools are worthless otherwise. Keep your password secure. Do not use the platform on behalf of anyone else without their knowledge, and do not enter another person's sensitive information.

5. The Reading Room

Stories and written content remain the intellectual property of Chirag U. Shah. They are provided for reading within the platform only, and may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced or redistributed.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the platform running well, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw features.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
